Jamalouki Magazine marks 32 years of success and ongoing industry support

Widely recognized as being one the leading niche monthly magazines in the GCC, Jamalouki Magazine recently hosted a very successful evening gathering, atop the Choueiri Group building’s rooftop venue in Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City.

The glamorous event which ran from 6:30- 9 pm welcomed a multitude of advertising and media industry professionals, ranging from marketers, advertisers, PR agencies and media buyers, to advertising agency leaders. Senior management and officials from MEMS and Choueiri Group were also on hand.

Celebrating the publication’s evolution over the past 32 years and especially the last 4 years, which have seen Jamalouki reinventing itself, the event boasted a stunning outdoor rooftop atmosphere with lively music and canapes. The entire experience reflected upon the unique style and editorial flair which the publication commands.

Speaking on the occasion, while addressing his guests, Choueiri Group’s Chairman and CEO Pierre Choueiri congratulated Jamalouki’s editorial team for their work and dedication and commended the persistence and efforts of the Magazine’s sales teams. He stated that “Jamalouki’ success is the outcome of the continuous support and patronage of our clients and agency partners and the trust which you all have placed in the Magazine over the years”.

He also went on to credit the Magazine’s success to its ability to adapt and innovate with editorial masterstrokes, such as featuring international fashion icons and celebrities as Guest Editors for its annual December issues. These celebrities have included Elie Saab, Elissa, Christian Louboutin and most recently Ralph & Russo.

Mr. Choueiri also spoke about Jamalouki’s successful extension into the digital world, which he said “has enabled its readers as well as advertisers with a premium multi-platform experience”. He reiterated the Publication’s unique ability to provide a premium environment for brands and highlighted the release of Jamalouki’s biggest ever issue in March, 2016which he said “featured over 300 pages of premium fashion content and shoots and reaffirms the Magazine’s growing appeal and focus on quality standards”.
