Choueiri Group feature as Main Sponsors of the Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity for the 11th consecutive year

The Group, along with its digital media arm “Digital Media Services (DMS)” held up a strong presence at the event’s venue and together powered “Startup Hub” for the second year in a row. This unique initiative was launched three years ago, to support and nurture the Startup community in the MENA region. In specific, by mentoring Startups to sharpen their brand identity, business plans and ability to resonate with global brands and marketing leaders.
The Startup agenda witnessed a series of highly attended panels, fireside chats and discussions, many of which were hosted or moderated by Choueiri Group and DMS senior team members. This reflected on Choueiri Group’s increasing involvement with the regional innovation ecosystem (digital media startups, adtech, e-commerce, etc…).
DMS also conducted two full days of insightful workshop sessions titled “DMS Data Day” and “DMS Content Day”. These sessions were respectively hosted on March 12th and 13th and brought together leading experts who shed light on key issues, challenges and opportunities related to research and data-driven digital advertising, as well as many central topics surrounding advertising content.
Choueiri Group’s Chief Marketing Officer - Walid Yared - elaborated on Choueiri Group’s association with Startup Hub by stating: “We celebrate and share in the values which Startup Hub at the Dubai Lynx Festival stands for. As the MENA region’s annual must-attend event for the creative communications industry, this year’s edition of the Dubai Lynx brought together top creatives, the world's best brands, fledgling start-ups and everyone in between to learn, network and celebrate creative excellence in communications. The Lynx continues to serve as a global benchmark for creative excellence and the Festival served as a thriving center for ideas and inspiration, which aimed to honor the region’s pioneers and innovators, who continue to push the boundaries for creative communications.
Closing the Festival on the evening of March 14, the Dubai Lynx Awards ceremony placed the spotlight on celebrating the brilliant creativity that comes from the MENA region and the language of creativity in all its glorious formats. The best agencies, innovators and creatives were brought-up on stage and recognized for their efforts and contributions. With the ceremony ending by 11:30 pm, attendees and delegates swiftly moved on to the official after-party, hosted at White Dubai, on the rooftop of the Meydan Hotel.
As a sister festival to the globally renowned Cannes Lion International Festival of Creativity, Dubai Lynx is part of a highly influential network. The festival and awards adhere to premium global standards and are both respected for being the most credible in the creative sphere, across the region.
