Choueiri Group – 4th time Official Sponsors of the Cannes Lions Festival

For the fourth year in a row, Choueiri Group sponsored the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. This year’s 64th edition ran from June 17-24, 2017, at its traditional Palais des Festivals venue, welcoming the world’s most compelling creative innovators onto the French Riviera.

Thousands of people from nearly 100 countries working in creative communications, entertainment, design and tech came to Cannes to find out where the industry is heading and to celebrate the power of creativity as a force for business, for change and for good.

The weeklong event offered three specialist event-paths, aimed at helping professionals from specific sectors to gain the skills and knowledge, which they need to thrive, all centered on the belief that creativity can be a powerful force for business, for change and for good in the world. Featuring the globe’s top-most speakers, analytics, reports and much more, the festival-week also witnessed six different awards shows, with each one dedicated to a different Lions.

Since its first outing in 1954, the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has been bringing the creative communications industry together every year at its one-of-a-kind event in Cannes to learn, network and celebrate. The Festival in June marks the culmination and start of the creative year, a time for the Cannes Lions global community – made up of the world’s most inventive, talented and creative people – to set the agenda for the year ahead.
