These included CG Racing Pro’s #2 Pro category win, CG Racing 1’s #1 placement in the Corporate category, as well as their 3rd place Nation’s Cup victory. Going in with 105 championship points, CG Racing Pro entered round 4 in the Pro category runners-up spot. Drivers David Terrien, Rami Azzam, Alban Varutti and Piers Pakenham-Walsh, placed in some superb and determined efforts to qualify their team in sixth position. From here on end, CG Racing Pro went full-throttle to ultimately secure the #1 spot, a full 1 lap ahead of Batelco, who despite losing the round, still managed to secure the Pro category championship title. CG Racing Pro therefore won on the day, but had to settle for second place in the championship.

On the corporate category front, CG Racing 1 entered Round 4 in the runners-up spot with 110 championship points. Defending their position and leadership on the track, CG Racing 1 held-up strong for the 24 hours and earned the #2 corporate championship title. The all-Lebanese contingent also managed to retain their stance on the Nation’s Cup podium, where they collected the #3 trophy.

Round four signals the end of the 2017 endurance kart racing season and another very productive year for all CG Racing teams.
